SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

SHIPPING:

Most orders are shipped via Canada Post from Alberta, Canada using untracked standard mailing. They are mailed using a stamp without tracking to keep shipping costs low. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout for your convenience.

For bigger/bulkier orders (over 500g), untracked shipping will be unavailable and only tracked shipping will be offered.

When will I get my order?

After shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for US and Canada orders and 4-6 weeks for international deliveries. 

If your order hasn't arrived within these dates, its possible it might have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at printsbyrish@gmail.com with your order number and I will help resolve it. 

Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost mail as shipping is out of our control. 

Please upgrade your shipping if you don't want the risk of untracked mail.

Free Shipping

We offer free standardStandard shipping on orders over CAD $49.99 to Canada & US$100 to US and on orders over CAD $150 to International Countries..

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at checkout provided by Shopify.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is valid on international orders over CAD$150.

All shipping options provided at checkout are automatically calculated by Shopify, we do not profit off of these rates as it is exactly what we have to pay for to send your orders. 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders will be ready to be shipped within 2-5 days after purchasing.

PACKAGING:

All stickers are carefully package in an envelope and protective cellophane bags. Washi tapes and/or larger orders are packed using a box or a bubble mailer.
